Want to bring a new shipper to conference? You are invited to bring a shipper (pharma or personal care) who has not previously attended a HPCLC conference.
* Shipper validation/pre-approval by HPCLC board.
** For each new shipper you will receive (1) each free conference admission for both the shipper and the sponsor.

(1) 20-minute session w/direct access to the entire HPCLC Board prior to the start of the conference. This session will be customized to meet the desires of the sponsor and will be held on Monday afternoon

** What is HPCLC Diamond and Platinum Speed Dating and How it works:
- Eligible sponsors will submit 3 preferred board member companies to meet with during the 3, 20-minute speed dating rounds. (Eligible sponsor provide 2 more backup board companies to meet with to support scheduling.)
- Based on total number of eligible sponsors HPCLC will build a schedule based on three, 20-minute speed dating rounds with a chosen sponsor and board company.
- No more than 3 Sponsor Company representatives.
- Each round will be timed and laid out for the day starting at approximately 4:30pm Monday.
- PLEASE NOTE: Overall set up to rounds are subject to change based on total participants available.
- Final schedule including event details will be share prior to the event.
